Responsibilities include high-volume outbound outreach, overcoming objections, and collaborating with Payment Optimization and Operations teams to improve processes and supplier satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into the virtual card program via outbound outreach.
• Educate suppliers on the benefits of virtual payments and enrollment in the network.
• Overcome objections through consultative conversations and effective communication.
• Guide suppliers through enrollment, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Gather and validate supplier information to ensure successful enrollment.
• Consistently exceed enrollment, performance, and quality targets weekly and monthly.
• Maintain outbound calling activity with high self-motivation and autonomy.
• Cross-train and support other Payment Optimization and Operations teams.
• Evaluate processes and suggest improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members as the organization grows.
