• Proven leadership experience in building and scaling engineering teams.
• Experience delivering projects in video streaming space.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Video Enablement team to build and operate core video capabilities.
• Shape and execute the video streaming roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Hire, onboard, and mentor engineers to grow technical leaders.
• Maintain a resilient, scalable video pipeline in AWS and related infra.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to align on architecture and delivery.
