GameChanger is a remote-first tech company based in New York City, seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the video enablement team and own the end-to-end video pipeline for live streaming and post-game video capabilities.

You will mentor engineers, influence architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable video experiences for millions of streams and clips.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in video streaming projects with a hands-on approach.
• Experience delivering live streaming and VOD solutions at scale.
• Strong collaboration across product, engineering, and infra teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Video Enablement team to design, build, and support core video capabilities.
• Mentor engineers, influence architecture, and grow future technical leaders.
• Partner with infrastructure to maintain a scalable, cost-efficient video pipeline on AWS.
