Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering with hands-on development.
• 2+ years leading software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge (Apex, LWC, Flow Orchestration).
• Experience with full-stack/backend (Java, Node.js, Python).
• Proven integration experience with Salesforce and external apps.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and execution for brand, marketing, partnerships, sales, and outreach programs.
• Oversee architectural design and scalability of the Salesforce platform.
• Lead development of custom microservices and API integrations.
• Architect high-volume workflows and omni-channel contact center technology.
• Hire, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team.
