Job summary

Rodan Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our footprint in North America. The role focuses on acquiring new C&I clients for energy management solutions, with substantial commission upside and a remote-friendly setup.

You will develop strategic relationships across levels, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with marketing, solution engineers, and finance to close high‑value deals in the evolving energy market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in hunter sales in energy management or related field.
• Experience in demand response and distributed energy resources is desirable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Engineering or technical degree is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts, develop prospects, and close customers with support from marketing, customer success, and revenue operations.
• Develop a personal sales strategy and manage a pipeline to meet goals.
• Lead proposal development with engineers, finance, energy markets and other professionals to deliver solutions.
• Provide input on new solutions and services and initiate strategic partnerships to broaden offerings.
• Establish relationships from the C‑suite to the shop floor, and act as a high‑impact hunter of technical energy solutions.
