Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner within the People & Employment Practices (PEP) team. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners, providing practical, consistent, and risk-informed guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters.

You will promote a fair, respectful, and compliant workplace while supporting leaders through performance challenges, employee concerns, and employment decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee relations with hands-on ER case management.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR policies, and ER practices.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience in large, geographically dispersed organizations.
• Independent judgment, clear communication, and influence with leaders.
• Experience partnering with HRBPs, Legal and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using ER data and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage ER matters from intake to resolution.
• Advise managers and HRBPs on performance and disciplinary actions.
• Coach leaders on difficult conversations and actions.
• Partner with Legal, Investigations and stakeholders on sensitive matters.
• Support ER activities during restructures and workforce changes.
• Identify ER trends and improve processes with data-driven insights.
• Develop and refine ER tools, templates, and processes.
