UKG Inc. is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR partners.

You will provide practical, risk-informed guidance on employee relations matters and support leaders through performance concerns, conduct issues, and employment decisions. The role requires strong ER judgment, independent assessment, and the ability to balance business needs, employee experience, and risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in employee relations with hands-on ER management including performance, conduct, corrective actions and separations
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR policies, and ER practices
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting ER in large, complex or dispersed organizations
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, evaluate information, and make practical recommendations
• Strong consultation, communication, and influencing skills with leaders
• Excellent organizational and case-management skills to drive timely resolutions
• Experience with HRBPs, Legal and cross-functional partners
• Experience using case management systems and ER data to identify trends

Responsabilités

• Independently manage employee relations matters from intake through resolution.
• Provide guidance on performance management, leader coaching, corrective actions, and terminations.
• Coach leaders on effective performance discussions and handling sensitive concerns.
• Partner with Legal, Investigations, HRBPs, and stakeholders to address sensitive matters and ensure policy consistency.
• Support ER activities tied to organizational changes, restructures, and separations.
• Identify ER trends and opportunities to improve processes and reduce risk.
• Contribute to ER tools, templates, and data-driven process improvements.
