Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to advise business leaders and HR partners on a broad range of ER matters, promoting a fair, compliant workplace. You will independently manage cases and collaborate with Legal, Investigations, and HRBPs to ensure timely resolutions.

You will support organizational changes, provide practical guidance on performance management, and drive consistency in employment practices across a large, dispersed workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive employee relations experience.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR policies.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting ER in large, complex, or geographically dispersed organizations.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and provide practical recommendations.
• Strong consultation, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage ER matters from intake through resolution.
• Advise managers and HRBPs on performance management and actions.
• Coach leaders on effective performance conversations and difficult messages.
• Partner with Legal, Investigations, HRBPs, and others on sensitive matters.
• Support ER activities during restructures and workforce changes.
• Identify ER trends and opportunities to improve processes.
• Contribute to ER tools, templates, and data-driven improvements.
