• Coach leaders on difficult conversations and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with Legal, Investigations, HRBPs and stakeholders.
• Support organizational changes and workforce reductions.
• Identify ER trends and drive process improvements.
• Contribute to ER tools, templates, and data-driven improvements.
