Job summary

Encore Semi, Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to own technical subcontracts for a 100% remote payload program. You will bridge internal engineering with external vendors, driving procurement of a COTS Multi‑Mission Payload and a space clock module.

You will manage SOWs, vendor meetings, and technical reviews, ensuring on‑time delivery while addressing RF/digital routing and power supply considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical vendor management or subcontract management.
• Background in electrical or systems engineering related to aerospace.
• Familiarity with space payloads and COTS hardware integration.

Responsibilities

• Subcontract lifecycle management for MMP and space clock modules from vendor selection to delivery.
• Draft and manage precise technical statements of work (SOWs).
• Lead vendor oversight through status reviews and risk mitigation.
• Provide technical guidance on power supplies, SDRs, and COTS payload components.
• Communicate status and technical reviews to internal engineering teams.
