Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 8+ years hands‑on experience in electrical design and engineering.
• Proficiency in electrical CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and simulation tools.
• Solid understanding of power distribution, control systems, and building services electrical design.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for remote collaboration.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) registration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems, schematics, and specifications.
• Perform electrical load calculations, system design, and equipment selection.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other engineering disciplines via virtual channels.
• Ensure designs comply with national and international electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, proposals, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support during design, construction, and operation.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys remotely or as required, coordinating with local personnel.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance in the remote team.
