Above Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and construction efforts for multiple projects. The role involves mentoring staff, coordinating with disciplines, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery of all design deliverables.

The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree in engineering, PE license, and experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SKM Power Tools, and Creo Parametric. Remote work options may be available and standards development is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• LEED BD+C Certification preferred.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License preferred.
• NCEES registration required/active.
• PMP license preferred.
• OSHA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical quality of the design for all assigned projects.
• Deliver all project deliverables on time and meet QA/QC requirements.
• Delegate tasks across projects and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Engage with new clients to support business development.
• Interface with clients to understand and meet requirements.
• Review shop drawings for contract compliance.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers and engineers.
• Maintain documentation using project systems and tools.
• Contribute to company-wide standards and processes.
• Stay current with codes and local regulations.
