Committee for Children is seeking a Senior Product Manager of Edtech Innovation to shape the product strategy, vision, and roadmap, collaborating with leadership to align with the organization’s mission and growth goals.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive agile delivery, and translate educator and district needs into scalable product ideas while leveraging AI tools to enhance development and personalization. This remote role offers strong compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in EdTech or youth-focused industries.
• Proven track record leading 0–1 product development and launches that achieve scale and revenue.
• Experience using AI tools for product development, user research, or personalization.
• Hands-on experience with agile/Scrum or Kanban practices and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience managing or influencing cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of K-12 education markets and district/school purchasing dynamics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and vision aligned with mission; own roadmap and backlog.
• Represent product at board meetings with business cases and evidence.
• Conduct market research identifying trends, gaps, opportunities in education.
• Lead 0–1 product development from concept to launch with prototyping and testing.
• Own agile delivery; write clear epics and acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence; manage backlog.
• Collaborate with researchers, instructional designers, UX, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Manage budget for product innovation and monitor performance against goals.
