Job summary

Committee for Children seeks a Senior Product Manager of Edtech Innovation to drive strategy, vision, and a scalable product roadmap across our education portfolio.

The role emphasizes 0–1 product development, agile delivery, AI-enabled insights, and close collaboration with researchers, educators, and cross‑functional teams. Remote work is available nationwide with a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in EdTech or youth-focused industries
• Experience leading 0–1 product development and launching new products that scaled/reached revenue targets
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for product development, user research, or personalization

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and vision, and own the roadmap aligned with organizational mission
• Represent product in governance meetings and provide evidence-based updates to stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in education technology
• Lead rapid prototyping and testing of concepts from concept to launch
• Refine backlogs, write epics and acceptance criteria, and drive agile delivery
• Collaborate with researchers, designers, engineers, and GTM teams to ensure alignment
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on learning outcomes and business impact
