Job summary

Confidential, a fully remote ecommerce growth partner, seeks a CRO leader to own performance for emerging DTC brands. You’ll design and run a scalable testing program, leveraging AI-powered workflows to accelerate experiments from brief to launch.

You'll analyze user behavior, form hypotheses to reduce friction, and collaborate cross-functionally to turn insights into measurable conversion improvements. Expect competitive compensation and generous PTO in a fully remote setup with biannual team
