Grüns is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Emerging Brands to own CRO and the website for Nütrops, Müves, Immün, and Jüced. You will build landing pages and run AI-powered testing in partnership with design and engineering to accelerate learning and growth.

This role is part of our remote HQ with a fully remote environment and biannual in-person off-sites. You will define a testing roadmap, monitor performance across brands, and drive CAC-aligned growth in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of CRO or ecommerce experience at a DTC company.
• Experience running tests on low-traffic brands is a plus.
• Proficiency with Claude Code and Claude Design for landing pages end-to-end.
• Experience with Shopify and/or other order management/sales platforms.
• Strong analytics experience (GA4, Heap, Adobe Analytics).
• Familiarity with testing platforms (Intelligems, FigPii, Amplitude, Kameleoon, Statsig).

Aufgaben

• Build and run a testing program in partnership with growth leads for low-traffic brands; fewer, bolder tests with smart sequencing.
• Create new landing pages and optimize existing ones from brief to launch using AI-powered workflows.
• Track daily performance by brand and surface insights with paid marketing to align actions and scale.
• Analyze user behavior (scrollmaps, heatmaps, recordings, sales data) to uncover friction and generate new test hypotheses.
• Research customer needs to understand differences between emerging brands and address priorities.
• Build and maintain a clear testing roadmap for each brand with marketing and growth leads.
• Establish repeatable CRO processes that scale as brands grow.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing to keep testing on track and reduce delays.
