Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to lead on-site configurations for hybrid cloud and SaaS ECH solutions. This remote role requires extensive travel across the US and internationally.

You will collaborate with customers and partners to ensure successful production deployment and post-cut support. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in engineering or technical roles, cloud and IP product deployment experience, and certifications such as AWS or Azure, with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering or technical environments.
• US citizenship or eligibility to work in the US.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Experience in deployment/integration of complex IP products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure system for ECH solutions including hybrid cloud and SaaS apps.
• Perform site verification testing before production cutover.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between on‑premise and cloud environments.
• Provide deployment support to customers and partners.
• Document changes to configurations and integrations during deployment.
• Resolve installation/quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Contribute to cloud migration and system upgrade procedures.
