Job summary

Celestica is seeking a senior business development leader to drive growth in the Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) Sales organization. The role focuses on technical customer engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and leading the sales process from technical evaluation to award.

Ideal candidates have a strong engineering background, extensive sales experience in EMS/manufacturing, and travel availability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering and minimum of 15 years sales experience in a technical area; EMS/manufacturing background preferred.
Ability to travel up to 25–50% (domestic and international).
Experience managing complex projects in a matrix organization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical abilities with attention to detail.
Proven track record of achieving AOP booking results.

Responsibilities

Support Engineering Services business development across all ATS Market Segments.
Act as primary liaison between Celestica Engineering and customers, communicating value proposition.
Develop and execute Engineering account and opportunity strategies by understanding customer needs and trends.
Provide technical insights and guidance for projects and customer strategies.
Support product commercialization, including DFx and Test strategies with commercialization services.
Gain competitive intelligence and tie insights to Celestica strengths.
Lead sales process, understand customer needs, and deliver winning proposals and RFQs.
