Qualifications

• 15+ years in complex software engineering with 5+ years in customer-facing tech leadership.
• Deep hands-on experience in C/C++, Python, Linux kernel, and related tech.
• Executive presence with proven C-suite relationship management.
• Ability to translate client needs into scalable technical solutions while protecting margins.
• Experience with emerging tech (AI/ML, automated tooling) in customer architectures.
• Global leadership to guide distributed engineering teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as principal technical advisor and strategic executive partner for a key account.
• Co-author product roadmaps with customer execs and align development with business goals.
• Act as escalation point for technical and operational issues with transparent readouts.
• Represent the organization and customer interests in public venues and forums.
• Lead, mentor, and orchestrate global engineering teams allocated to the account.
• Oversee the full SDLC, ensuring schedules, compliance, and metrics alignment.
• Champion engineering best practices, testing, tooling, and comprehensive documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in velocity and resource allocation for customer satisfaction.
