Job summary

Munters Corporation is seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Technology Partnerships, to shape the company’s growth by building upstream ecosystem relationships across chipmakers, server OEMs/ODMs, and hyperscalers. You will translate shifts in compute and rack architectures into cooling and thermal-management strategy.

The role demands deep industry knowledge, senior executive relationships, and the ability to align roadmaps across semiconductors, servers, OEMs, ODMs, and hyperscalers to guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; technical or business advanced degree preferred.
• Significant senior-level experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or market development across data center infrastructure, cooling, server hardware, or semiconductor ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an ecosystem strategy for upstream data center technology players, including chip manufacturers, server OEMs/ODMs, rack designers and hyperscalers.
• Build and maintain senior commercial and technical relationships to gain early visibility into computing, server, rack and cooling trends.
• Monitor technology trends in processors, accelerators, server architecture, rack density and liquid cooling.
• Translate external trends into actionable insights for product strategy and engineering priorities.
• Connect internal teams with counterpart external technical teams at partner organizations.
• Identify opportunities for early design involvement, joint development and long-term partnerships.
• Position company to develop products ahead of market demand as technologies commercialize.
• Provide forward-looking market intelligence to influence internal planning.
• Represent the company at industry events and standards groups.
