Munters Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Technology Partnerships to shape the future of our data center technologies by building strategic relationships across upstream ecosystem, including chip manufacturers, server OEMs/ODMs, and hyperscalers.

The role connects external technology leaders with internal engineering and commercial teams, translating trends into product strategies and partnerships, and positioning our cooling and thermal-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; technical or business advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in senior-level business development or strategic partnerships.
• Experience in data center infrastructure, thermal management, or related fields.
• Strong network with chip manufacturers, server OEMs/ODMs, and hyperscalers.
• Proven track record of strategic partnerships and co-development opportunities.
• Ability to translate market direction into product strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an ecosystem strategy for upstream data center technology players.
• Build and maintain senior commercial and technical relationships for early visibility into computing and cooling needs.
• Monitor trends in processors, accelerators, server architecture, and thermal management.
• Translate external trends into actionable internal strategy and priorities.
• Connect internal teams with partner organizations' technical counterparts.
• Identify opportunities for early design involvement and long-term partnerships.
• Position products for market-ready next-generation technologies as they commercialize.
• Provide forward-looking market intelligence to influence internal planning.
• Represent the company at industry events and standards groups.
