Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering.
• Experience with Terraform IaC.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Experience with Kubernetes and public cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
• Experience deploying and monitoring highly scalable products.
• Hands-on with FinOps and autoscaling Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.
• Strong observability and SRE best practices knowledge.
• Able to mentor other engineers in SRE practices.

Responsibilities

• Support and own deployment of global products across environments.
• Provide 24/7 first line engineering support.
• Drive resolution of core product issues with engineering teams.
• Set up and maintain infrastructure monitoring and alerting.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD tooling and Terraform scripts.
• Maintain engineering operational documentation.
• Collaborate with distributed teams in CA, Paris, Nantong, Singapore and beyond.
• Optimize performance and cost of systems and rightsize containers.
• Secure systems in public cloud environments.
