The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in SRE/DevOps, deep experience with CI/CD, automation, and Kubernetes, and a proven track record in modernization programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or cloud operations with leadership experience
• Proven track record managing high-volume, mission-critical SaaS services globally
• Expertise in CI/CD practices, automation, and shared ownership of production outcomes
• Strong skills in infrastructure as code, cloud provisioning, and Kubernetes
• Deep knowledge of reliability engineering, observability, and incident management
• Experience leading large-scale modernization or migration programs
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical issues

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Site Reliability Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will shape the reliability strategy for globally distributed, mission-critical SaaS services and ensure the organization is operationally prepared to deliver at scale. The role will guide a global SRE function while partnering closely with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to improve uptime, resilience, and service performance. The right candidate will bring a strong mix of technical depth, operational leadership, and cross-functional influence to modernize platforms and strengthen production outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $175,000 – $250,000 annually
