Job summary

Cherre, now a RealPage company, seeks a Senior Director of Solutions Architecture to lead the domain-first solutions engine within our sales and delivery motion. You will own the presales lifecycle from discovery to handoff, manage a team of Solution Architects and Business Analysts, and shape how we scope, demonstrate, and win.

This role requires deep real assets expertise, strong technical depth, and executive presence to guide complex engagements with institutional clients.

Qualifications

• Deep real assets domain knowledge across asset classes and operations.
• Executive presence to represent Cherre externally in strategic deals.
• 10+ years in real estate, proptech, or consulting with leadership experience.
• Experience guiding solution and demo design with client data/engineering teams.
• Hands-on capability to build AI-assisted workflows into the presales/delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the domain engine and presales lifecycle end-to-end.
• Manage and develop a team of Solution Architects and Business Analysts.
• Drive scoping, discovery, and RFP responses for strategic opportunities.
• Ensure clean handoffs from presales to delivery and repeatable processes.
• Represent Cherre's perspective on real assets data and semantic infrastructure.
