Cherre, now a RealPage company, seeks a Senior Director of Solutions Architecture to lead the presales engine and align real assets domain knowledge with technology. You will own the end-to-end presales lifecycle, including discovery, scoping, and RFP responses, while building and mentoring a high-performing team.

The role requires deep domain expertise, executive presence, and a track record of delivering credible, data-driven solutions to strategic clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in real assets spanning asset operations, leasing and investment context.
• Experience leading domain and technical teams in complex sales cycles.
• Ability to translate market needs into credible, data-driven solutions.
• Proven track record in presales, discovery, and RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the domain engine and presales lifecycle end to end.
• Manage and grow a team of Solution Architects and Business Analysts.
• Drive scoping, discovery, and credible solution design for strategic deals.
• Own the RFP process and ensure timely, competitive submissions.
• Bridge presales to delivery with repeatable handoffs and AI-enabled workflows.
• Represent Cherre externally and shape market view on real assets data.
