RealPage is hiring a Customer Solution Architect in the Richardson, TX area to work with customers and internal teams to translate business challenges into scalable, ROI‑driven solutions. You will own the resolution process, communicate across audiences from leasing staff to the C‑suite, and advocate best practices while ensuring customer success and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years in account management or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience configuring and deploying scalable SaaS applications with ROI.
• Strong understanding of corporate and property-level property management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and own issue resolution to drive results.
• Present to audiences from leasing staff to C‑suite with tailored messaging.
• Maintain expertise on RealPage solutions and advise on best practices.
• Set and manage customer expectations to improve experience and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Success, and Product Management for efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives.
