Job summary

RealPage in Richardson, TX is seeking a Customer Solution Architect III to collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand business challenges and craft scalable, integrated solutions that drive ROI and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in multifamily real estate tech, SaaS deployments, and a knack for translating complex requirements into actionable roadmaps, with willingness to travel up to 10% and lead customer discovery sessions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in account management/support, product management/development, or end-user communication at CSA II level or equivalent within RealPage
Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related area
Proven ability configuring and deploying SaaS-based applications that scale and prove ROI
Strong understanding of property management at corporate and property level
Ability to navigate people/data to find answers and persuade varied stakeholders
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM software such as Salesforce
Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

Listen to customers and own root-cause analysis and resolution follow-up
Communicate and present to audiences from leasing staff to C-Suite
Maintain knowledge of RealPage solutions and advise on best practices
Set and manage customer expectations to improve experience and reduce risk
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Success, and Product Management to improve processes and visibility
Work with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives
