Job summary

You will lead a national sales and BD organization, guiding strategy across direct and channel accounts while collaborating with product, marketing, operations, and finance to drive revenue growth.

This executive role requires building executive relationships, managing budgets and forecasts, and mentoring a large team across multiple verticals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years B2B technology or hardware sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales and business development strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, market share, and long‑term growth objectives.
• Lead strategic account planning, complex contract negotiations, and executive business reviews with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Partner with Product Management to influence product roadmap, portfolio priorities, and go‑to‑market strategies.
