Trimble Inc. invites a strategic Senior Director of Revenue Strategic Initiatives to shape enterprise growth across global sales, marketing, and customer success. You’ll partner with the CRO, drive data-driven insights, and lead high-impact revenue initiatives from strategy to execution.

In this remote US role, you’ll influence budget optimization, OKR management, and cross-functional governance while mentoring emerging leaders and aligning executive stakeholders across the organization.

Formación

• 10+ years of leadership in enterprise technology, strategy, project management, sales ops, or business development.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise go-to-market dynamics and multi-channel revenue models.
• Advanced financial modeling with budget optimization and OKR management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the CRO to deliver data-driven insights and guide executive decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional revenue growth initiatives from strategy to execution with governance and resource optimization.
• Coordinate executive communications and engagement channels, including LT meetings, QBRs, and all-hands.
• Lead CRO messaging and strategy alignment for major corporate events like the Annual Sales Kickoff.
• Align cross-departmental efforts to maximize operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
