Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management, Outbound, to translate strategy into market-ready offerings across network, cloud connectivity, and digital platform services. You will lead the outbound motion, align teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Partners, and own framework-driven launches with measurable success metrics.

This is a remote role open to candidates nationwide, with senior leadership exposure and a focus on driving adoption, profitability, and strategic growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market leadership roles.
• Experience launching and scaling complex technology products in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Strong experience working with Sales organizations on commercialization, enablement, and revenue acceleration.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders through data, judgment, and clear storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Outbound Product Strategy for assigned domains, from positioning through launch and lifecycle optimization.
• Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions, differentiated messaging, and market-ready offers.
• Lead multifunctional launch teams to bring new products and features to market quickly, with quality and discipline.
• Develop and sustain strategic sales motions, including executive selling scenarios, competitive strategy, and customer proof points.
• Shape the Product Roadmap from the Market Back, representing market and revenue insights to planning cycles.
