Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management, Outbound, to translate product strategy into market-ready offerings across network, cloud connectivity, and digital platform services. You will own the outbound motion for a multi-domain portfolio and ensure launches are positioned, priced, and ready for Sales, Partners, and Customers.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will align Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering, shaping the roadmap from market insights and driving

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market leadership roles.
• Proven success launching and scaling complex technology products in B2B/enterprise environments.
• Strong experience collaborating with Sales on commercialization, enablement, and revenue acceleration.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders through data, judgment, and storytelling.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute with immediacy and care.

Responsibilities

• Own the Outbound Product Strategy for assigned domains, from positioning through launch and lifecycle.
• Lead multifunctional launch teams to bring new products and features to market quickly with quality and discipline.
• Partner with Sales, Enablement, and Marketing to ensure readiness across training, tools, content, and field execution.
• Develop and sustain strategic sales motions, including executive selling scenarios and competitive strategy.
• Shape the Product Roadmap from market and revenue insights and develop business cases for roadmap investments.
