Lumen is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management, Outbound to translate product strategy into market-ready offerings that scale revenue across enterprise and wholesale markets. You will own the outbound motion for network, cloud connectivity, and digital platform services, ensuring clear positioning and launch readiness for Sales, Partners, and Customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market leadership roles.
• Proven success launching and scaling complex technology products in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Strong experience working with Sales organizations on commercialization, enablement, and revenue acceleration.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders through data, judgment, and clear storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Outbound Product Strategy for assigned domains, from positioning through launch and lifecycle optimization.
• Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions, differentiated messaging, and market-ready offers.
• Drive Go-to-Market Execution with cross-functional launch teams to bring new products quickly to market.
