Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market leadership roles.
• Experience launching and scaling complex tech products in B2B/enterprise.
• Strong experience with Sales on commercialization, enablement, and revenue acceleration.
• Proven ability to influence executives with data, judgment, and storytelling.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute with immediacy and care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with operators, sellers, and executives.
• Highly analytical with ability to turn insight into action.
• Comfortable operating amid ambiguity while driving clarity for others.

Responsibilities

• Own the Outbound Product Strategy from positioning to launch and lifecycle optimization.
• Translate capabilities into value propositions and market-ready offers.
• Create and maintain product launch frameworks including segments, pricing logic, packaging, and sales plays.
• Lead cross-functional launch teams with focus on speed, quality, and discipline.
• Collaborate with Sales, Enablement, and Marketing to ensure readiness of training, tools, and content.
• Develop and sustain strategic sales motions, including executive selling scenarios and competitor strategy.
• Shape the Product Roadmap from Market Back, representing market, customer, and revenue insights.
• Size opportunities and build business cases for roadmap investments based on growth and profitability.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Partners to ensure viable offers and alignment.
