Lumen is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management, Outbound, to translate product strategy into market-ready offerings that scale revenue across enterprise and wholesale markets. This senior leader will own outbound motion for network, cloud connectivity, and digital platform services, ensuring clear positioning, launch readiness, and sales execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling complex technology products in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Strong experience working with Sales organizations on commercialization, enablement, and revenue acceleration.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders through data, judgment, and clear storytelling.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute with immediacy and carefulness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—equally effective with operators, sellers, and executives.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to turn insight into action.
• Comfortable operating amid ambiguity while driving clarity for others.

Responsabilités

• Own the Outbound Product Strategy from positioning through launch and lifecycle optimization.
• Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions and market-ready offers.
• Create and maintain product launch frameworks, including segments, pricing logic, packaging, and plays.
• Lead multifunctional launch teams to bring new products and features to market with quality and discipline.
• Partner with Sales, Enablement, and Marketing to ensure readiness across training, tools, content, and field execution.
• Develop and sustain strategic sales motions, including executive selling scenarios and competitive strategy.
• Shape the Product Roadmap from the Market Back by representing market and revenue insights.
