Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Director, Industry and Payor Strategy to lead the company’s industry partnerships, payor strategy, and market access. You will shape multiyear plans, build executive relationships, and drive access and profitability across networks and health systems.

The role requires a strong track record in specialty pharmacy, payor negotiations, and leadership, with a focus on sustainable growth and patient access. Remote work is available to select US residents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in specialty pharmacy, market access, or payor strategy.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including leading teams.
• Experience in contract negotiation within specialty or PBM rebates.
• Knowledge of REMS requirements and Limited Distribution Drug (LDD) best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead industry and payor strategy to expand access and drive growth.
• Develop and execute multiyear strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
• Negotiate complex contracts with manufacturers, payors, PBMs, and health systems.
• Build executive relationships with manufacturers, payors, and distributors.
• Direct cross-functional collaboration to deliver value propositions and commercial offerings.
