Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Infrastructure & Operations to lead the enterprise infrastructure strategy and the operating backbone for a global organization. You will partner with senior technology and business stakeholders to modernize and increase resilience, aligning data centers, cloud, network, and end-user computing with business needs and improving employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of IT leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing infrastructure/ops at a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a long-term Infrastructure & Operations strategy and technology roadmap.
• Oversee the lifecycle and performance of global infrastructure, including data centers and hosting.
• Lead modernization and outsourcing of data center strategies and cloud services.
• Manage global network and connectivity services for seamless enterprise operation.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance of infrastructure services.
• Guide End-User Computing services through leadership to enhance employee experience.
• Drive operational service management, including incident and request responses.
