Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Director, Security Solutions Architecture to shape the technical direction of its Security organization. This remote US-based role partners with security sales leadership, drives scalable methodology, and influences product and market strategy at the executive level.

You will build a global architecture team, translate customer insights into strategic actions, and develop career paths and enablement programs for the team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering or technical consulting.
• 2+ years leading a technical architect or sales engineering team.
• Experience building a technical architect function in an early-stage setting.
• Deep understanding of cyber resilience with executive-level influence.
• Proven people leadership and strong stakeholder presence.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve decision-making.
• Professional English proficiency for communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global Security Solutions Architecture team.
• Own the technical methodology and playbook for Security.
• Partner with security sales leadership on joint metrics accountability.
• Leverage customer insights for product input and strategic positioning.
• Develop technical career paths and enablement programs for the team.
• Manage relationships with executive-level partners and represent technical strategy.
• Engage with the security virtual team and customer advisory board for insights.
