You will coach Account Managers, own flagship relationships, engage C-suite stakeholders, design custom campaigns, and leverage data analytics to optimize ROI and unlock incremental growth for top partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 14+ years in strategic client-facing ad sales, account management, or business development.
• 5+ years managing sales or account management teams.
• 8+ years analyzing advertising performance, campaign data, or sales analytics.
• Experience with enterprise merchant partnerships and complex ad campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and empower an elite team of Account Managers to exceed revenue targets and optimize campaign performance.
• Direct-manage a flagship portfolio of enterprise accounts, as the primary senior partner to unlock high-dollar ad spend.
• Target, engage, and negotiate with executive decision-makers to position Capital One Ad Solutions as a growth driver.
• Partner with merchants to design high-performing, tailored ad campaigns and execute seamless technical integrations (APIs, platforms).
• Leverage transaction insights, audience data, and campaign metrics to optimize ROI and identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue Management, and Tech to inform product roadmaps and monetize ad inventory.
• Accelerate pipeline growth and represent Capital One Ad Solutions at major industry events.
