WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights Solutions to ensure a seamless experience for clients across touchpoints, driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive relationship management and data-driven strategy.

This role leads cross‑functional teams, collaborates with BD, Data & Insights, and other groups, and defines metrics, roadmaps, and scalable processes to deliver measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/ MPH/ MS preferred.
• 5+ years in leadership roles in client experience or commercial operations.
• Subject matter expertise in clinical trial and healthcare data (RWD/RWE) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with analytics/BI tools and CRM platforms.
• Experience translating analytic findings into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a scalable client success strategy aligned with company goals and client needs.
• Leads client-facing marketing/operations and owns the annual business plan for client experience, marketing, and operations.
• Directs resolution of complex problems spanning client experience, marketing, and operations.
• Defines and tracks performance metrics for client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Oversees marketing and operations for Data & Insights and reports.
• Identifies opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling with BD teams.
• Shapes the analytics roadmap with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product.
