WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights Solutions to ensure a seamless client experience across data and analytics teams.

This role drives client satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic planning and proactive relationship management. The position partners with Business Development, Data & Insights, and other internal teams to align client and company objectives and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) preferred.
• Experience in clinical trial and healthcare data.
• Hands-on familiarity with analytics and BI tools.
• Proven success managing strategic accounts and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a scalable client success strategy.
• Leads client-facing marketing/ops functions and annual plans.
• Directs resolution of complex client problems and resourcing.
• Defines metrics for client satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Oversees client experience plans, renewals, and risk mitigation.
• Identifies opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
