Job summary
WCG is seeking a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights Solutions, to ensure a seamless and consistent experience for clients at every touchpoint, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive relationship management, strategic planning, recognized subject matter expertise in data and analytics, and operational excellence across the Data & Insights teams.

Qualifications
- Hands-on familiarity with analytics and BI tools to lead technical discussions.
- Experience translating analytic findings into business recommendations.
- Experience supporting data-driven solutioning, proposals, feasibility assessments.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing SME for Data & Insights portfolio and analytics.
- Manage executive relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Develop and execute client experience and success plans; drive renewals.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Shape analytics roadmap based on client needs and market trends.
