WCG is seeking a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth across Data & Insights teams. The role partners with cross-functional teams, leads strategic account management, and ensures value delivery through analytics and governance.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in business development support or client experience, strong CRM and analytics proficiency, and a track record of leadership in data-driven solutions for clinical research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in business development support or client experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Subject matter expertise in clinical trial and healthcare data (RWD/RWE, EHR/claims).
• Experience with CRM and client success platforms; strong executive presence and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a scalable client success strategy aligned with company goals and client needs.
• Leads client-facing marketing/operations function and annual business plan for Data & Insights.
• Directs resolution of complex business problems across client experience, marketing, and operations.
• Defines and tracks KPIs for client satisfaction, retention, expansion, and overall client experience.
• Represents the voice of the customer in internal planning and product discussions.
