• Demonstrated SME for clinical trial and healthcare data with ability to lead client-facing discussions.
• Hands-on familiarity with analytics/BI tools to evaluate deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a scalable client success strategy aligned with company goals.
• Leads client-facing marketing/operations functions and owns annual business plans for client experience.
• Directs resolution of complex problems across client experience, marketing, and operations, negotiating priorities with senior leaders.
• Defines and tracks KPIs for client satisfaction, retention, expansion, and overall experience.
• Translates client needs and market insights into strategy and roadmap priorities.
