WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights Solutions to ensure a seamless client experience across touchpoints, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive relationship management and expert data analytics leadership.

The role collaborates with Business Development, Data & Insights teams, and cross-functional partners to align client and company objectives and deliver measurable value in post-sale services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and executes scalable client success strategy across Data & Insights.
• Oversee client experience, renewal strategies, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
