Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Director, Client Delivery Data & Insights Solutions, to ensure a seamless, high-value experience for clients across touchpoints. You will lead Data & Insights strategy, manage executive relationships with strategic accounts, and drive adoption, retention, and measurable outcomes.

As SME for data assets, you will guide analytics roadmap, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Ops, and mentor Data & Insights teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS) preferred.
• Proven leadership in client experience and data & insights.
• Experience with analytics tools and data governance.
• Strong executive communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery and post-sale success strategies.
• Build executive sponsorship and strategic advisory for accounts.
• Define metrics for client satisfaction, growth, and renewal.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations for seamless delivery.
• Shape analytics roadmap and mentor Data & Insights teams.
