Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks an Executive Director, Corporate Development to lead and execute strategic transactions that advance long-term objectives and strengthen the portfolio. This role emphasizes M&A, in-licensing and strategic collaborations across a cross-functional team.

You will collaborate with senior leaders across Research, Clinical Development, Regulatory and Commercial to build business cases, lead due diligence, and drive negotiations to close deals, shaping Travere's growth in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in scientific, business or related discipline required; MBA/PhD preferred.
12-15+ years in biotech/pharma with corporate development focus.
Experience leading and closing complex biopharma transactions.
Strong understanding of drug development, regulation, IP and development economics.
Experience with valuation, modeling, forecasts and transaction economics.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead evaluation and execution of M&A, in-licensing and strategic collaborations.
Develop deal strategies, structures and term sheets; coordinate due diligence.
Present recommendations to senior leadership and Board when needed.
Mentor Corporate Development team and external partners.
Cultivate external relationships with investment banks and strategic advisors.
Represent Travere at industry events and partnerships.
