Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or business field required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 12–15+ years in biotech/pharma with corporate/development focus; deal experience.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and transaction economics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and execution of transactions (M&A, in-licensing, partnerships).
• Oversee full deal lifecycle from assessment to closing with cross-functional teams.
• Develop strategies and structures balancing opportunity, risk and value.
• Negotiate term sheets with Legal and senior stakeholders, drive execution.
• Represent Travere at external events and mentor Corporate Development staff.
