Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or business required; advanced degree such as MBA/PhD strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading and closing complex transactions in biopharma with strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and execution of transactions including M&A, in-licensing, collaborations and investments.
• Manage full deal lifecycle from initial assessment, business case development, valuation, due diligence to negotiation and closing.
• Develop transaction strategies balancing opportunity, risk, capital needs and potential value creation.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence teams and present recommendations to senior leadership and Board as appropriate.
• Mentor and develop Corporate Development team and influence external collaborators and advisors.
