Equity Medical LLC. is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Business Development to identify and secure Phase I–IV clinical trial opportunities across targeted therapeutic areas.

You will drive a sales strategy across assigned accounts, leveraging an established network of sponsor and CRO relationships. The role reports to the CCO and requires travel to industry events and client meetings, with full remote work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct business development experience in clinical research, with CRO, clinical research site, or SMO exposure.

Responsabilités

• Leverage sponsor and CRO relationships to identify and secure trial opportunities.
• Manage full BD lifecycle from prospecting to SQVs, SSVs, and study awards.
• Communicate site capabilities, patient demographics, and recruitment performance to sponsors/CROs.
• Assess protocol feasibility against site capabilities before pursuing opportunities.
• Maintain study pipeline and provide weekly forecasts to leadership.
• Pursue new sponsor/CRO relationships and support feasibility responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advance study opportunities.
