Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a Director of Business Development & Client Delivery for SentinelAgent to lead sponsor engagement and ensure site close-out documentation meets FDA/EMA standards. You will split time between business development (80%) and product support (20%), reporting to the CEO with a dotted line to the Chief Medical AI Officer, in a remote-US role with the HQ in Boca Raton, FL.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in US clinical research, hands-on data experience, and a track record

Qualifications

7+ years in US clinical research with hands-on data experience at a site/SMO/CRO.
Experience turning pilots into contracts and managing sponsor relationships.
Knowledge of FDA/EMA regulations and compliance in clinical trials.
Sponsor-facing business development and alliance management experience.
Proven ability to work with CRF entry in US EDC and close-out processes.

Responsibilities

Lead business development and client delivery with the CEO; develop costed pilots.
Own sponsor relationships from kickoff through readout and contract negotiation.
Ensure all engagements wrap with proper SOWs, master agreement alignment, and billing rules.
Price and negotiate within published rate cards; seek approvals for non-standard terms.
Drive evidence-based selling and timely close-out deliverables.
